The Gsync ™
The GSync™ is a compact 1U high, 19" rack mountable GPS Time and Frequency instrument based on the FEI-Zyfer CommSync II™ Time and Frequency System. When space is at a premium and redundancy is not required, the modular design of the GSync offers a solution.
The instrument allows for a multitude of frequency and timing outputs for various commercial and military applications. The instrument is available with either a civil L1-C/A signal or with a military L1/L2-P(Y) signal SAASM receiver, and uses most of the same plug-in modules used in the CommSync II.

- Single-string system with hot-swappable Time and Frequency modules. Each system is factory configurable with:
— Civil GPS receivers or military P(Y) Direct Acquisition SAASM GPS receivers
— External 1 PPS/1, 5, or 10 MHz reference source input
— TCXO and OCXO Quartz Oscillators, or Rubidium oscillators -
Reliable long-term stable operation, traceable to UTC (USNO) when GPS is used as reference standard input.

Temperature and oscillator aging compensation provides superior holdover performance during loss of reference
2 line front panel LCD display for time, position, satellite operation and control
Up to 4 hot-swappable input/output option modules
