The NanoSync II™ Model 380
GPS controlled NanoSync II™ is FEI-Zyfer's most recent development aimed for integration into OEM-design wireless base stations and other related applications, such as an E911/E112 and Location-based Services. In TDOA/FDOA-based position location systems, the timing module is a critical component, as location is determined by using time between sites. The instrument's unique feature set complies with these and many more demanding requirements.
In addition to being well-suited for integration into OEM-design wireless base stations and related applications, NanoSync II is also ideal for test equipment and instruments, specialized network synchronization equipment, satellite ground station equipment, and any application requiring precision time and frequency signals.
The standard instrument is configured with a rugged aluminium enclosure; however, the NanoSync II is also available without an enclosure (see below) to facilitate ease of integration into custom OEM equipment configurations.
NanoSync II is the replacement for the original NanoSync™ 380-200 series. Minor differences exist between the original.
